IFPTE Local 777 is active in advocating for our members’ priorities – no matter who needs to hear them. We primarily engage through meetings with the U.S. Congress (members, staff, and committees), commenting on proposed regulations (also known as “rulemaking”) and agency changes (through IFPTE’s “national consultation rights”), making comments in public hearings, and developing proposals for legislation and regulation.
