Bottom Line Up Front for Local 777: As of the date of this post, our bargaining units at LRC, LRP, and SPD are all currently recognized because the District Court for Washington, D.C. issued a “preliminary injunction” which means the EO is not in effect for the parties to that lawsuit.
In this post, Local 777 plans to track the status of the various litigation against Executive Order 14251 – which sought to strip over a million federal employees of collective bargaining rights. We’ve highlighted outcomes that resulted in the EO not applying in green in the table below, and those resulting in the EO being applied in red.
